# Can I cancel or update my order once I have placed it?

1.  We **CANNOT** modify specific items or quantities once an order is placed.
2.  We strive to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order is in our warehouse system, it is processed immediately, making cancellations or shipping changes no longer possible. 
3.  If you’d like to cancel your order, you may do so within **30 minutes of placing it**. After this window, your order will begin processing at our fulfillment center and we’re unable to process a cancellation.
4.  You may initiate a return request at [https://www.trxtraining.com/apps/returns](https://www.trxtraining.com/apps/returns). A pre-paid Return Authorization label will be issued with instructions for sending the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for authenticity and issue a refund within 14 business days.
